Even had a tear or two for people I never met and about which I never thought. That is powerful writing. Thanks for doing this.
Absolutely fascinating and impressive Mike - well done for getting this off the ground, writing such a detailed and personal history, and establishing all those contacts. As you say, probably a never-ending piece of work.
Because the casualty rate was so high, taking into account all the replacements, I still don't have a total for the number of men who served in the squadron!
